Are Landlords evil? In general, no? Sure there are bad landlords. There are also bad priests, bad dentists, bad cops, bad parents, yada yada yada. Evil exists everywhere. Generalized evil is a bit less common and certainly not present in the relationship between 99% of landlords and tenants.
