While I am bullish on Tesla in the long term, I do not blindly follow them with no critical thought. And lately I cannot shake the question of “where are all of these millions of cars going to come from when new factories have yet to break ground and current capacity simply cannot reach stated production goals of just 2-3 years from now”.
In short, Tesla needed to start Gigafactory 5 yesterday to produce more than 3,000,000 vehicles in 2024. I have started a Twitter thread where I extrapolate on these thoughts and reply to thoughts from the #Tesla & #TSLAQ community. Check it out below and let me know where you think 10,000,000 cars will come from 5 years from now in 2027!

Great @Tesla earnings talk w/ @TeslaPodcast & @heydave7
Curious your thoughts on Gigafactory expansion? Giving the 4 current GF 600k/yr prod means we will outgrow current capacity by 2024 at 50% growth.
