Darwinism Isn’t Working

In his famous work, On the Origin of Species, Charles Darwin advocated a key mechanism of evolution, namely Natural Selection. Tupac put it a bit more eloquently when he said, “only the strong survive.”

I’m not quite sure that either of these brilliant men were correct, at least not yet. I say this because every day I am constantly reminded of how stupid people are. Lots of people.

Despite the technological marvels that encompass our lives, people still take unnecessary high variance risks such as riding a motorcycle without a helmet or riding in a car without wearing a seat belt.

As you know, I don’t believe in forcing people to do these things. I believe that all humans should be free to do as they please. I just do not understand why anyone would want to take such high variance risks when there is literally zero downside to using the devices that are made for our safety.  Clearly this type of person is not one that should be evolving the species.

Wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle messes up my hair. May not seem like a big deal to you, but that’s the reason I don’t wear one.

When you say that there is “literally zero downside”, you are factually incorrect. I would edit your post as to not be inaccurate.

    Enjoy your blog otherwise.
